Great results thus far with Dr. Neha. I was craving an alternative approach to work alongside my western medical therapies. I’ve always been drawn to Ayurveda as my family is originally from South India. Initial visit was very helpful, thorough, and when I started her recommendations, I significantly had improvement with in one month. I have been working with Dr. Neha over the past few months. I was having a lot of brain fog and difficulty focusing. Absolutely amazing overall experience! Dr. Neha takes time to listen and conducts a thorough evaluation as well as follows up to reinforce I am on track with the protocol. Not one size fit all approach. Dr. Neha is supportive and understanding. My chronic job burnt out related anxiety and insomnia slowly but surely going back to normal. Subtle dietary changes yielding big overall health benefits. I would highly recommend this place. Dr. Neha is an experienced Ayurvedic practitioner and she has an excellent framework for diagnosis and recommendations. She also takes the time to explain the basis of her recommendations. I could see considerable improvement in less than a month. Appointments were easy to get and the office was very responsive.

I have swelling in legs and feet. In one week it was reduced to half in one leg and noticeably different in the other. The "remedies" were simple and easy -- breathing, no cold foods or drinks, tumeric and cinnamon added to warm milk, don't eat after 6PM, massage body with sesame oil. Simple, right? And EFFECTIVE. She didn't load me up with different medicines because, she said, "We want to see what's working and if I give you a lot of herbs at the beginning, we won't know which you actually need." I love that! Often doctors will try to give you more and more medicine. I often wonder if healing is the goal or just the sale of drugs. TOTAL respect for the staff, the easy process of completing intake documents online to safe time, the option of virtual meetings when appropriate, professional, friendly and oh-so-effective. It's a blessing to have been led to Balanced Ayurveda!

Excellent service! Struggled with my bad cholesterol for years and being put on several Ayurvedic medicines before. I contacted Balanced Ayurveda and I got some diet adjustments and 2 supplements. Just after a month the bad cholesterol dropped 34 points and is close to normal! No words to say other than thanking practitioner Neha. Finally reached the right place for help.

The office itself sets a welcoming relaxing tone. The practitioner took time with me before arriving on treatment recommendations. Felt an authentic caring attitude. I have implemented the easy to follow recommendations for some dietary changes and have been practicing specific breathing exercises, and I have seen improvements. I would recommend going to Balanced Ayurveda as part of any quest for improved health and vitality
